The Nabi AI team
NABI is a Greek clothing brand from Katerini, with its own workshop and a Shopify online shop. Product descriptions, photos, posts and customer emails were taking time away from production.
Vanton built a team of AI employees, each with its own role.
Manager
Takes instructions over Telegram and shares the work out across the team.
Catalog Manager
Writes descriptions, SEO and alt text, and uploads new products from a phone photo.
Visual
Cleans up the light and background in product photos.
Marketing
Makes posts and collages for Instagram and Facebook.
Newsletter
Prepares the email campaigns.
Customer Care
Reads customer emails and drafts replies, using a local AI so that no company sees customer data.
A person decides
No shop change, post or email goes out without approval. The owner sees each proposal on Telegram and approves or rejects it with one tap.
Technical
The system runs on my own server, and the shop’s passwords never reach the AI.
Result
Every product now has full descriptions and SEO, social media has regular content, and the owner runs the shop from his phone without losing control.
